Over the years, Trace has mastered high-performance sales, team leadership, and innovative strategies, making him a fierce advocate for his clients.

Known for his direct communication, relentless negotiation skills, and unwavering dedication, Trace approaches every transaction with honesty, passion, and integrity. Kristofer Kampmeyer is the backbone of Team Johnson, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from contract to close. With extensive experience across property management, contracts, and large-scale transactions with national investors, Kristofer excels at keeping every detail airtight, organized, and compliant. His meticulous approach guarantees clients a seamless experience, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. A Robert Morris University graduate with a BSBA, Kristofer combines technical expertise with a focus on people, building relationships rooted in trust, precision, and care. His professionalism and unwavering attention to detail make him the engine that powers Team Johnson behind the scenes.
